Ingredients:
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2-3 cups cooked white beans
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 handful fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Nutritional yeast to sprinkle on top

Directions:
- Heat oil over medium-low heat in a large skillet.
- Add garlic and cook until just golden.
- Add onions, cook until translucent.
- Add mushrooms, cook until softened.
- Add beans.
- Using a fork, mash about 50% of the beans. Leave the rest intact. (This is for appearance only, you can skip the mashing if you like.)
- Stir in turmeric, red pepper, tomato and basil. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast on top.
