Spicy Black Bean Dip

  • 2 cups cooked black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 handful fresh parsley
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro
  • 3/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Cayenne and black pepper to taste
  • (serve with carrot sticks)

In a blender or food processor add black beans, fresh lime juice, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, and sea salt. Blend until just a little chunky. Transfer to a bowl and add cayenne and black pepper to taste. Serve with carrot sticks.
