- Heat combined oils in a large saucepan on medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic and saute about 5 minutes, until just tender, about 80% cooked.
- Add kale and ‘tame’ into the pan to coat all bits with oil.
- Once volume is reduced, sprinkle with sesame seeds, blend well, and continue to saute, mixing around to allow all pieces to cook evenly, until kale is tender but still a bit chewy.
- Add lentils and stir well just to warm thoroughly. Add seasalt to taste.
