Rooibus Chai

Ingredients

  • 1 rooibus chai teabag 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 splash nutmeg
  • optional: raw honey or stevia

Directions

Boil the almond milk. Remove from heat. Pour into a mug with rooibus chai tea. Stir in nutmeg and honey if desired. Enjoy in the afternoon and give yourself a “mindful moment” to observe nature, appreciate silence, sit quietly in the wonder of you.
