The Standard American Diet is full of “broken foods”: conventionally raised animals (hormones and antibiotics), chemically grown plant foods (toxic sprays), rancid oils, trans fats, GMOs, heavily processed flour and refined sugar products, “fast foods”, and packaged foods full of artificial flavors, colors and preservatives.
