1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. Test for thickness by forming a ball to see if it holds its shape as desired. If not, add more nut or seed flour.
3. Pull off a piece of dough and roll into a ball about 1 inch or more across. Roll the ball in shredded coconut and set aside, continue until all the dough is rolled.
4. Store in the refrigerator.
