Put cauliflower in a large pot with 1⁄2 inch of water in the bottom.
Cover, turn heat to high, and allow to steam until quite tender (~5 minutes).
Meanwhile, heat oil or butter in small saucepan and saute garlic until light
golden brown. Cool slightly. Drain cauliflower thoroughly. Place all
ingredients in food processor and blend until very smooth.
