- Kale Chips: with nutritional yeast, sesame seeds and dulse.
- Nori Chips: roast your own with sesame seeds.
- Dippers: Flax Seed Crackers & Veggie Sticks
- Veggie Sticks: Celery, carrots, endive lettuce, bell pepper, cucumber
Dip these in:
- Hummus: roasted garlic, olive Guacamole: add cilantro for greens
- Salsa: pulse in blender – easy!
- Pesto: excellent mix of greens and good fats
- Bean Dip: high in protein and fiber
Sweet Tooth:
- Apple Slices with Nut Butter: almond, walnut. Trail Mix: Nuts, seeds, fresh fruit, shaved coconut.
- Chia Pudding: chia, almond milk and vanilla.
- Stewed Apples: Cook apples in a slow cooker with cinnamon and vanilla.
Suggestion:
Left Overs: Prepare extra the night before and snack on that throughout the day.
