- 1/4 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon whole coriander seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 5-6 cups pure water

To help your health sip this tea throughout the day. Enjoy it first thing in the morning. You can make this tea a part of your morning routine. I like to make a thermos full and drink it before and after meals.
The three ingredients are easy to find online or at your local natural foods store or Indian market. I like to buy them fresh and use for the tea. I also use them mixed into my bone broth for delicious flavor.
Boil and simmer ten minutes with the lid on. Strain and pour into a thermos. Sip throughout the day. A few sips every 30 minutes helps ensure cellular detoxification.
