Happy Hour Aperitif

  • 1 1/2 cups sparkling mineral water or seltzer (I prefer Pellegrino – ideally ice cold!)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (I recommend Bragg’s)
  • 15 drops liquid stevia sweetener (I recommend Stevita)
  • 5 drops lemon essential oil
  • 2 drops ginger essential oil
  • Ice
  1. Mix in a ice-cold cocktail shaker and give just a few quick shakes (more and it will get too fizzy) or prepare in a pitcher for a crowd (quadruple the recipe) and blend aggressively with a whisk.
  2. Feel free to reduce or increase the oil drops to suit your tastes.
  3. Garnish with a citrus slice, if you like.
  4. Have fun with it!
  5. Use a sexy glass.
  6. Serve with an umbrella.
