Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 4 leaves large kale, do not remove stems
- 1 pinch Celtic sea salt
- Oil of your choice for frying pan
Directions:
- Place eggs, kale, and salt in blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Heat oil in 8 inch frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour egg mixture in pan.
- Cook eggs to your preferred doneness.
- Serve.
