Green Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 leaves large kale, do not remove stems
  • 1 pinch Celtic sea salt
  • Oil of your choice for frying pan

Directions:

  1. Place eggs, kale, and salt in blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Heat oil in 8 inch frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour egg mixture in pan.
  5. Cook eggs to your preferred doneness.
  6. Serve.
