Fruit-Free Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower florets (can find in the freezer section)
  • ½ cup frozen, diced zucchini (wash, dry, dice into coins, and freeze in ziplock)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (We recommend Vega brand)
  • 1 Tbs ground flax
  • 2 Tbs nut butter of choice (almond butter, cashew butter…) or sub ¼ avocado
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1½ – 2 cups water or unsweetened non-dairy milk
  1. Blend spinach and non-dairy milk or water in a high-speed blender
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high for 60 seconds
