Coconut Banana Dip with Apples

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 tsp non-alcoholic vanilla
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 apples
  • In a blender, combine coconut milk, vanilla, bananas, and coconut flour. Blend until smooth.
  • Core and slice apple into wedges.
  • Serve fruit alongside dip. Extra dip can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for several days.
