Ingredients:
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bunch kale (about 3/4 lb), tough stems removed and leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 1/2 tsp tamari
- 1 tbs fresh orange juice
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add ginger and garlic; cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant, stirring constantly.
- Add kale and stir until coated with oil.
- Stir in soy sauce and orange juice; cover and cook for 3 minutes, or until kale is softened.
- Stir in sesame seeds and red pepper flakes (if using) and serve.
