Chojin (Radish Salad)

Makes 4 Servings.

Ingredients

  • 2 Radish Bunches (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Small White Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Small Red Bell Pepper (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Small Red Tomato (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Mint (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Lemon (Juice Only)
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients by hand. Serve with on a bed of leafy greens and enjoy!
