Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (whole but crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian spices
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients together and mix. Let stand for 1 hour to develop flavor.
