Anytime Autumn Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup orange, lemon or apple slices
  • 1 roasted carrot and/or small sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon non dairy yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chlorella
  • 1 shake nutmeg
  • 1 shake cinnamon
  • 1/2 inch coin ginger, peeled
  • 1 t Raw Honey or Stevia
  • optional: 1/8 t orange zest

Directions

Mix all the ingredients, except the orange zest, in a high speed blender and blend well. Pour into your glass and garnish with orange zest.
